Here today's great story.
We sold a cute little house, no parking, needed work, to a contractor for $32,000.  We also found out that there was an additional lot that was already set up with parking and after a long haggling effort we sold that to our contractor for $5000.
Our contractor put 2 weeks work with his crew and $20,000 in materials and this house was put on the market for $89,000. It sold very quickly for $83,000 to a turnkey investor who then rented it out for $1150 a month. Tenants pay all the utilities.
