Useful tips on how to renew your carpet's allergen filtering qualities.

While it is impossible to argue that carpets provide more surface area to collect household particles, it is actually this quality that allows it to act like a filter. Using gravity to collect allergens from the air, carpets natuarally trap them in their fibers. The most important aspect of any filter however, is keeping it clean, continually removing particles from its fibers to make more room for more debris to be collected. Here are some basic steps to effectively accomplish this task:

This weeks story from our investors

This week's story is not such a great one but it's a good lesson to learn.
We have an investor that we haven't worked with yet. We haven't sold him anything although we have tried to sell some of the property that he owns.

People love these stories. We have one almost every month. We usually only sell one of these great properties once a month and we have clients in line. However we believe that there are more properties coming very soon! So just get in line with one of our investment counselors, see below.
Here today's great story.
We sold a cute little house, no parking, needed work, to a contractor for $32,000.  We also found out that there was an additional lot that was already set up with parking and after a long haggling effort we sold that to our contractor for $5000.
